1. Who we are
SecureOne is an Android security app and this website, run by Aman Gupta, trading as AGC One, based in Nashik, Maharashtra, India ("we"). You can reach us through the Contact page.
2. What SecureOne does
The app checks your phone's apps, settings, links, files, Wi-Fi and messages for signs of risk, using information on your phone and answers from third-party threat-intelligence services. Exactly what is read and sent is described in the Privacy policy.
3. What it cannot promise
- No app can guarantee that a phone is safe. SecureOne reduces risk and shows you what it checked; it does not remove all risk.
- Checks depend on third-party services that can be wrong, slow or unavailable. When a check cannot run, the app says so rather than calling something safe.
- Decisions about opening a link, installing an app or making a payment remain yours.
4. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- Give accurate details when you buy a plan, because receipts and refunds depend on them.
5. Plans and payment
- SecureOne is free while the pilot runs. Paid plans are described on the plans section of the home page.
- A plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period (three months or one year). Nothing renews or debits automatically; when a plan ends, you choose whether to buy again.
- Prices are in Indian rupees, and the price shown is the full amount you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
- A plan covers the number of phones stated for it.
- Renewing or changing plan before the current one ends does not lose paid time: the unused part is carried into the new plan at its value.
6. Refunds
See the Refund & cancellation policy.
7. Fair use
- Use anti-theft features only on phones you own or are allowed to manage.
- Do not try to get paid features without paying, for example by modifying the app or its network traffic.
- Do not overload or automate lookups, and do not file false fraud reports.
8. Changes to the service
We may change features and prices. A plan you have already paid for keeps its features, phones and end date for the period you bought.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.
10. Ending use
You can stop using SecureOne at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; any refund then follows the refund policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. For a change that affects a plan you have paid for, we will tell you by email first.
