Nothing is shipped

SecureOne is a digital service. There is no physical product, no shipping and no shipping charge.

When your plan starts

• Your plan switches on as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
• The confirmation screen shows the plan and its end date, and so does My account.

How to use it

1. Install the app from the Download page.
2. Sign in to the app with the same email you used at checkout.

If it does not switch on

If money left your account and your plan is not active within 24 hours, write to us with the payment ID (see Contact). We switch the plan on or refund you in full, as in the refund policy.
