Locate, ring or lock your phone
This works while your phone is switched on and has internet. If it has no internet, send an SMS from your trusted number instead, such as SECURE1 LOCATE followed by your PIN.
Sign in with the email your phone uses
We email you a one-time code. There is no password.
Can't get the code? Your phone is gone
Both of these are set up inside the SecureOne app, under Settings › If you lose this phone, on a phone you still have. If you never set them up, they cannot be created now — that is what keeps them a way in for you and not for whoever has the phone.
Use a recovery code
One of the codes the app showed you once. No email needed. Each code works a single time.
Send the code to a backup address
If you added backup email addresses in the app, we can send the sign-in code to all of them instead. You do not have to remember which ones.
Signed in as
Anti-theft must be switched on in the SecureOne app on the phone. To find the phone while it is locked, location must be allowed “All the time”. A location sent here is kept on SecureOne's server for 24 hours and is shown only to this account. See the privacy policy.
